Winery Background
Managed by Christophe Perrot-Minot since 1993. Domaine Perrot-Minot is an elite Burgundy producer based in Morey-Saint-Denis, renowned for crafting deeply concentrated, pure, and elegant Pinot Noir from some of the Côte de Nuits' finest vineyards.
The domaine is famous for its exceptionally old vines, many of which average 50 to 100 years old. This naturally lowers yields and concentrates the grape flavors.
The estate owns a tiny 0.8-hectare plot for this Grand Cru. The winemaking emphasizes finesse and purity, using gentle handling and around 30% new oak.
Tasting Note
An elegant style, evoking black currant, black cherry, violet and spice aromas and flavors. Silky and harmonious, its firm structure is well-integrated with the fruit detail and texture. Ends with flashes of earth, spice and mineral.
